  • GP (General Practitioner)
  • Dentist
  • Orthopaedist
  • Paediatrician
  • Gynaecologist

What type of consultations are offered?

You can book either a clinic at home (your hotel for example) and telemedicine consultations. These services are available 24/7. In person consultations are available in line with the individual clinic’s opening hours and operating practices, which may include hotel or home visits and out of hours consultations where the clinic provides them.

How are the doctors identified and vetted?

The doctors are recruited by a recruitment scout on the ground in each country. These can be via a recommendation from a local embassy, insurance company and existing doctors within the network, or via relationships with large private clinics.

Before any doctor is added to the MyDoctor platform, they are interviewed, screened and vetted to verify their medical qualifications before adding their profiles to the platform. The process of ongoing monitoring of doctors on the platform includes evaluation of customer reviews, analysis of invoices, annual reviews of qualifications and documents. There are also unscheduled visits from the wider team.
